Welcome to The Holistic Himalayas (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website and services — browsing, purchasing products or reading blog content — you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our site and make purchases. When creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products & consultations

Our products are for general wellness purposes only. They are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment. Consultations offer general guidance and do not substitute professional medical advice.

3. Orders & payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through an authorised payment gateway, or on confirmation of a cash-on-delivery order. Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors or cancel an order where a mistake has occurred.

4. Shipping & delivery

We ship within India. Shipping is free, and orders are delivered within 5–7 business days depending on location. Delivery may occasionally be delayed by courier issues or weather. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered products, and must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds or exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and verified. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made to your bank account or UPI ID.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, text, logos and blog content, is owned by The Holistic Himalayas and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the order concerned.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand.
