Shipping policy
We deliver across India, and shipping is free on every order.
1. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders within India. There is no minimum order value.
2. Delivery time
- Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days of being placed.
- Remote areas can take a little longer because of limited courier service.
- Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.
3. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we email you the shipping confirmation with tracking details.
4. Payment
Cash on delivery is available across India.
5. Delays
We do our best to deliver on time, but courier issues, weather or other events outside our control can cause delays. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, and we will help you track your order if it is running late.
6. Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your package arrives damaged, has the wrong product, or does not arrive, write to us at info@theholistichimalayas.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or a refund as explained in our refund and return policy.

We currently ship within India only.
